The graduate program in coastal and ocean engineering at Oregon State University offers M.S. and M.Eng, and PhD degrees.  The program emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of research and education on emerging themes related to coastal climate, natural coastal hazards, marine renewable energy, coastal ecology, and sustainable communities. It not only enables students to pursue research topics that cross the traditional boundaries of coastal engineering, but also prepares them for leadership positions. Coastal and Ocean engineering students at OSU may interact with the HWRL through reserach and testing projects.
